The Town of East Hampton embraces the vision of bringing a full-service community center for fitness, rehabilitation, entertainment and gathering to Montauk. Working with the Playhouse Foundation, the future Aquatic and Cultural Arts Centers will be Montauk’s heart and the hub of recreational, cultural, educational and social happenings year round. In this way, our Town, local businesses, and non-profits will all be working together to serve residents and visitors of all ages.
The current facility includes The Montauk Child Care Center, Senior Nutrition Center, Senior Care Center, Town Clerk’s Annex (open Saturdays May through June) and Manual + Sports Physical Therapy, Body Tech, the Gymnasium and the Outdoor Playground. For specific scheduling information (other than the gymnasium), please contact each facility separately. We recommend that you contact individual facilities in advance to confirm all activities and schedules. The Montauk Playhouse Community Center Foundations is a non-profit dedicated to raising the funds to complete the Playhouse Community Center and does not operate any of the current facilities in the Playhouse.
