The Town of East Hampton owns and operates the Montauk Playhouse Community Center, providing facilities and services for all ages in a central location and under one roof. The Playhouse houses The Sarah and Maurice Iudicone Aquatic Center operated by Imagine Swimming, The Montauk Child Care Center operated by Project MOST, Senior Nutrition Center, Town Clerk’s Annex and Body Tech. It also has a Gymnasium and Outdoor Playground. For-profits and non-profits alike operate within, forming a successful public-private partnership.

Serving up lunch, games, special programs and more, for Town residents 60+. All participants must register and make a reservation. Open Monday through Friday, 9am – 3pm, with a hot meal served at 12:00 noon. Suggested donation: $4/meal.

The Montauk Annex offers many of the services that the Town Clerk’s office offers to the residents and visitors of Montauk, including permits for beach parking, beach driving, shellfish, recycling, and disability parking. Located in the main Playhouse lobby, on the south side of the building.
